The principals are actively involved in the day-to-day operations of the company and the properties it manages. They maintain a regular presence at each site and closely supervise all on-site personnel. Each principal acts as a property manager for all properties under contract.
Rainbow Property Management's portfolio includes new construction as well as distressed properties in need of renovation. The principals also have extensive experience in managing capital improvement projects.
